The service
AutoDM App sends automatic Instagram direct messages and comment replies when people use keywords you choose. It depends on Meta's Instagram API and may change or stop working if Meta changes its platform or policies.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect Instagram accounts you own or are allowed to manage.
- Follow Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Meta's Platform Terms.
- Don't use the service for spam, scams, misleading links, harassment or illegal content.
- You are responsible for the messages and links you send.
Plans and payment
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Limits
Instagram only allows replies within its messaging rules, such as one private reply per comment and messages within 24 hours of the person's message. We add cooldowns to protect your account. We don't guarantee every message will be delivered.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or put the platform at risk.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost sales or actions Instagram takes on your account.
Changes
We may update these terms and will email you about important changes. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
