Is this allowed by Instagram?

Yes. We use the official Instagram API from Meta, the same route approved tools use. Nothing logs into your account, and we follow Instagram's messaging rules.

Do I need a Business account?

You need a Professional account: Creator or Business. Switching is free in Instagram settings and takes a minute.

What happens if thousands of people comment?

Everyone gets their DM. We send about 200 an hour, which is what Instagram allows, and the rest wait in a queue. You can watch it in your dashboard.

Can I collect emails from Instagram comments?
